I used mine last night again.
Temps were from 37F to 34F. Very light wind.
I was quite comfortable with just thin thermals and a stocking cap.
hard to say, I could guess that the baffles are around 2" tall
I used mine for a couple hours at about 26 degrees wearing just some light long johns and a poly hat.
I was just warm enough, and could have done the night in temps like that.

Well, it only got down to about 34 this morning. There was just a slight breeze. hardly noticeable.
