Thanks for the info...I hadn't heard anything about it when I went out Saturday night and I thought to my self "Geeze the moon sure is bright/big." And now I know why haha. Rained early Sunday...
Looks good, I was looking at ways to detach the ridgeline for lounging. Might have to pick one up this evening from my local.
My 12x12 is also on back order through Sportsman Gear. They're giving me a delivery estimate of March 22-25. Hopefully that stands true.
I have the GT Skeeter Beeter Pro and had problems until I purchased an adjustable ridgeline and learned it should "normally" be 83% the length of the hammock. My hammock is 126" long, so my ridgeline...

For guy lines I'd check out this thread. I'm waiting for my line-loks to come in :D
I took the plunge as well. This site is WAY worth the $10, and I'm happy to support it.
Thanks for every thing admins/mods/contributors!
I can third that feeling. I got my first hammock ever in the mail yesterday and spent 2 hours downstairs hanging and relaxing, re-hanging and relaxing, tearing down and putting up. Haha. I can't wait...
Thanks for the quick replies guys. And mad kudos for the Grizz thread, that's exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!
Once it comes in I'll do some test hangs and get it all tweaked right and...
Hello all,
I just orderd my first hammock ever, the Skeeter Beeter Pro. I'm still getting used to all of the lingo, so please excuse if I get something wrong here :-) But I'm interested in...
How'd you like them GGT? I know the 'Slings are amazing...I'm planning on getting some myself very soon.
