Hey Lost don't give up yet. You never know when the worm will turn the other way just as quick as it turned this way. I still have my hopes up for you because you def. show a deep zeal about getting...
I think co-commander Roche had mentioned prior that the actual lollipop hike begins at 10am.
Sorry you'll leaving us to the RRG wolves Saturday but mighty glad you'll be there at the first.
speaking of 'Any item of use that I don't need' I did recently score ~in the vain of adding some significant retro components to this hike~ a 60/40 Parka! My back is hurting just thinking of carrying...

Thank you Bonsaihiker!
You know some place it really is just about being there. I've been a 'mile monster' on the AT for over 1700 miles. In places like this I really want to stop and breath deeply....
I have no idea what the 'tread' will be like but when I see the word gorge connected to hangers some hairs begin to bristle....my bet is rock/steep/root/ice/snow=scenic healthy fun :)
Well that is tentatively good news Hangout. The Kelty will look good against my JansD3 and Roches Tioga...Poof is using an external albeit a new Carson.
If you're coming maybe you can save your...
Thanks Sparrow....and to answer the question, the start point looks like to be Whittleton Campground-----where we hope to overnight on Dec 29 and begin hiking from there.....this because others on...
We were going to do RHK for New Years but my selfish nature got the better of me...along with my AT goals of the year I'd wished also to hike in the Savage Gulf, the Big South Fork and RRG......the...
