it was 100% clear liquid silicone in a 10oz tube. I used a caulk gun to get it out of the tube. I hope that answers your question. It is the same Method as the DIY silnylone sticky in the DIY section.

I don't own a scale :(. but i would say it is the weight of the sheet plus the 10 oz of silicone so it's not UL but it works for me.
