Down packs small and light, great warmth to weight ratio.
Synthetic if wet/moist will still keep you warm.

If you get wet every time you go out might want to lean toward synthetic.

I hang mine with a tad more sag and my foot end about 8" higher than my head end... I was able to figure this out hanging in the basement prior to my first trip. I'm just a hair shy of 5'8".

Outside to outside of the cinch buckles is 105" (just measured for you). That gives you 7.5" each side on a 10x10 tarp. This is just with the weight of the hammock... I bet the coverage is a tad...

The WBBB has a fixed ridge line at 100" or 101" so a 10x10 is plenty big pitched square.

I purchased both the TQ and UQ... finally got to test them out last weekend. I will say that I'm a cold sleeper and when the temps dipped to a low of 40deg F I was cold. For me I think 50deg F and up...

I have both the TQ and their UQ... tested them last weekend down to 40.5 deg F and was cold. I would say I'm a cold sleeper though but I would rate these to right at 50 deg F for me. Very good...

Yep, I was going to set it up and leave it that way... Plan is to stow it just like my hammock. More or less a double ended stuff sack... I know these have a name. I figure this way should be good...
