Excellent tarps. I based a DIY off of the Superfly....
Excellent cordage - and I need to order more. I don't think you will be able to create a Whoopie from it. http://lawsonequipment.com/Reflective-Glowire-2mm-3-32-p1024.html
Did all items sell?

Helpful tool that I will be using on my next tarp. Thanks for sharing this here.
I have been considering one of these tarps - Hate to hear they leak.
Good links.
Great little stoves, very light. I have the Olicamp version. http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/08/07/mugypa9y.jpg

Welcome from Alabama.
Thanks! I'm in.

I get mine here as well. Excellent service and uncommonly fair shipping prices.
That section is usually fairly dry. No shortage of available water. With the rain that fell this morning, I'd guess it looks the same right now. Great video, thanks for sharing

We had the chance to get out this weekend and decided to complete Section 4 of the Pinhoti from Bulls Gap to Porter's Gap. We hit the trail at Porter's around 6:00pm Friday night 03.01.13, and hiked...

Welcome from Alabama.
I'm still using a Chinook 12 x 9'6". I consider it a great value. I have used it in all conditions. Cold weather, 100 heat, Thunderstorms etc. It has never let me down, and always kept me dry. For...
Welcome from Alabama.
I will give you $120 for all of it!
Hello from Alabama.
USPS has become sporadically reliable here as well. I am going to try to hold out for HGs sale (if they have one) later this year to buy my TQ. Currently using a 0F sleeping bag with my UQ.
I have the identical quilt w/+1. It will certainly get you to 20F.
HG Quilts are valuable. Before I modified it too heavily I would consider selling it, then putting the money towards what you want.
20F Incubator +1oz. Probably my favorite piece of gear. Hope to get a TQ from them later this year.

Welcome from Alabama!
I am still using rifle shell cases as seen in my avatar. They have worked great for a couple of years now.
Welcome from Alabama!
Thanks for sharing. I completed this a couple of weeks back myself. We started at the Cheaha TH, then stopped at US431. Started at 4:30p one evening at Cheaha TH, hiked to the Hillaby Creek site...
Welcome from Alabama.
Thanks.
Would love to have this pack, but I also fall under the XL size.
What is the Torso length in inches for the L, and XL?

I love my ENO Double.
I got mine for $35. I have been in the Hennessy. In my opinion the price vs. value ratio is highest with the ENO. I run whoopie with spike hitch to webbing.

Looks like cooler weather heading my way. Ready to test the UQ to colder temps.
Welcome from Alabama.
Welcome from Alabama.
Got mine a week or so back. I was afraid they would go on sale, looks like I was correct. Could have used that extra $50 savings.
It doesn't have to be all or nothing. I would keep both the tent and hammock setups. There are times when each have their advantages. If you enjoyed it for 3 years, you may miss it when it's gone....
I ordered 2 weeks ago today, and was told through email that my Incubator will ship tomorrow. If I had to guess they are getting a couple hundred emails + phone calls a day.
Everything I have...
Great looking UQ! I ordered mine a week ago today with +1oz fill. Really looking forward to it's arrival.
Welcome from Alabama!
Welcome from Alabama. I am in Rome most weeks.
I have a set and never use them. They are bulky with fixed adjustment points. Since I made my whoppies I have never looked back.
