I wouldn't bother trying to snug up with a dog that size. Neither of you would be very comfortable. I have enough trouble with a 70lb dog and I'm only 120lb.

Good job! My dog didn't take to the hammock well the first time around so keep at it. He still doesn't like it but when it's cold I make sure he stays with me for both our sakes LOL.

Are there any advantages to having an UQ that has baffles which run parallel to the hammock and vice versa?

I see more parallel designs than perpendicular and assume it's so the down can be moved...

Wish I had a garden to test it out in. Unfortunately we are having a bit of a cold snap so I doubt I'd last out there. Will wait the weather out and take it out to the woods later this month.

I noticed that the linings of many of sleeping bags are poly or polycotton. Does this affect the UQ? Some people think that it's not a good idea to have polycotton on an item that will be hanging...

Just got a seconds 3x3. Arrived quickly and like a kid on Christmas morning I ripped it open and hung it up in my living room. LOL. Absolutely no blemishes or faults that I could find. Great bargain!
