A note on the hammock one, I see a pee break which doesn't happen much sleeping in...

While accurate, that's tossing and turning because of back pain from the bed. I still adjust positions in the hammock but don't need to nearly as much. That's not REM tracking though, you are correct...

I just washed mine on low temps delicate cycle and air dried in the dryer for 20 minutes. It's a Parachute nylon fabric, and did actually fray a bit on the edges before seams.
