    Lounging NX-250 and Flex-180

    Spring is here! Fishing, cooking and lounging our Clarks NX-250 & Flex-180. Temperatur dropping from 68F at noon close to 32F at night. But the Z-liners kept us comfortable warm.

    I recognize your reasons for buying a FLEX-180. The FLEX-180 suits us (my son and me) just fine. Please be aware that the Z-liner does not protect the child part. We are also both restless sleepers....

    Hiking the seabed

    The low tide gives hikers only 5 hours before the water returns. To cross the seabed from the mainland to the Island of Ameland. By way of exception I left my hammock at home :)

    Synthetic insulation gives less coverage than down. As long as the down stays dry. That's why I prefer synthetic insulation. Especially during long trips were snow and rain alternate with each other....
