:) Loving the sound of that.
Ah, didn't notice that. I will have to re-measure. You are correct, the long side is much longer and this is why I added an additional tie-out. This side provides significant protection from the...
All we have left is the dynamic duo ditty bags. These others have been claimed.
Thank you Dos
LOL very true
I personally have saved money when making my under quilts. I also don't count my time as money. I work on these when I would otherwise be watch tv or obsessing over another hobby, reefing currently....
Thanks Dos! Pm responded to.
Actually surprised the noseeum bag didn't go this quick. It is a nice piece of kit.
I just got done moving and while unpacking ran across a couple goodies. All items are unused and price includes shipping CONUS. Asking $16 for the gear stash and noseeum bag. $13 for the dou of ditty...
No problem and no seam on the ridgeline. I have done 4 without a seam and love it.
I am getting stoked on this trip. Thank you again everyone for your pointers and suggestions.
This is exactly what I was hoping for spoolup! Thank you so much. I will definitely look you up when in the area. I was wondering if going to the ground was a safer bet in the area, but your...
Just wanted to say that a friend of mine has one of these and loves it. Packs down pretty small too.
Awesome! Thank you.
This is a great stove.
Looking through the links and options, they all seem beautiful. Any suggestions for staying out in the woods for the night with some nice views?
Awesome. Thank you for the links.
Bump before this weekend
I am going to be traveling to Salt Lake City at the end of May and I am hoping to at least get a one or two night trip in. I have started researching the area but was wondering if anyone had links to...
Consider me inspired.
I am honestly at a point of having most of what I need. The rest will be diy. It is still within the return period of the product I just wanted to pass the deal along. Great price for this pack.
Dropping the prices another $5. I can not edit the original post though.
$95.00 for the EXOS
and $75.00 for the Tallon
How is your machine handling the fabric?
Sounds good. I'll be right here.:)
I am asking $100.00 shipped CONUS
Noseeum shouldn't fray. I make skins for friends all the time. Add a bit to roll hem the edges also. I like to add a mitten hook at the ends to keep them from sliding down when packing.
Price dropped on both packs.
Dropped the Exos price. Wasn't thinking when I posted that. Matching the sites price and paying the shipping. Really just trying to get my money back on this. It still has the tags, the shoulder...
Osprey EXOS 34 . Size: M, Color: Orange, Price: $100.00
Tallon 11 . Size: M/L, Color: Sage Price: $80.00
Prices include CONUS shipping. Paypal preferred. I will be able to ship as soon a...
This is an amazing find! Thank you!
I think you have me mixed up with someone else brother
Gut the paracord to save some weight on the whipping.
The great thing about fabric is it can be any size or shape you want, it just requires another seam.
The paracord may protect gear from catching on the wire ends . . .
You are right, it does. It feels a lot bigger in person as well.
lol Thank you and, no.
That is just how I have always done it. I like that you can slide the tarp back and forth along the ridgeline for adjustments and ease of set up. I have also done it in the...
I finally pulled the tarp back out and measured it. Let me know if this answers your questions.
One full width of...
I will take the digital camo 1.9 ripstop. Send your info via PM.
Oh, I try to keep my orders to the cottage industries around here where it makes sense. I have an order coming from diygearsupply now :)
Nice job. I have discovered lately how fun stuff sacks are fun to make. I have been going through my scrap pile making all sorts of sizes and shapes. Running out of cord locks though :)
That was my thought process when I changed the method. I figure, if there is no seam over my head, then there is no seam to fail . . over my head. :)
I remember reading on the forums here, not...
:) Although flattered and I thank you, SnrMoment, you are giving me way to much credit.
I am definitely not saying to not seam seal. There is a reason for it, I just haven't had to on any of mine...
I do flat felled seams and have not had a leak yet. I do off set the seam though, not sure if that has anything to do with it.
As for the simpler construction, I think that depends on the person....
This is why I ditched it as well. It is great to practice splicing on, but can be hard to work with when fingers are cold. There just isn't enough there to get ahold of.
Love the color/pattern combo you have going there.
