I use a 20 hammock gear Phoenix with 2oz overfill and use it in temps from 70 to 20
The tarp I use is 8x10 and works just fine and for bottom I'm using a hammock Pheonix gear under quilt
My therma rest has been on the at and pct not on full thru hikes but it's spent about 50 nights outdoors and still going strong, and that was all spent on the ground before I found hammocks.
I just always remember for a square bow the saying "Right over left, Left over right "
