Quilt sold. Thanks a bunch, Trailslug! :)
Yep, standard length. :)
I have a brand new 20f Hammock Gear Incubator brown outter and black inner. It literally has never been used and has been hanging nicely in my gear room. I bought one for my wife as a wedding present...
Welcome to the forums!
The quilt is fine Danish craftsmanship if I do say so myself.
Thanks so much for having me on! It was really cool to be a part of it after already being a fan of the series.
I think my wife and I are going to come to this one and bring our two dogs too. Thanks for putting this together, Boothill!
The fact that they were yellow and stood out was what I loved the most about these straps. I used to leave my camp or black tree straps behind all the time on trips and now I never forget to bring...
That looks like a great trip and those steaks looked great! Nom nom nom
This is the method I use and it works great for me.
That guy has probably my favorite logo for a hammock company. lol
Welcome to the forums, dude! I love that book too. :)
Yep, Barchetta is right that it's not hammock related. I have one already and used it last weekend and loved it!
I'm pretty sure they just had a small hiccup on the website with getting it on...
I need to get in on this raffle so I can win a boat! That can be my carry on item for my flight home. Lol
Thanks dude. I actually am going to fly to Ohio and ride there with the Hammock Gear crew. I'll be there Thursday-Sunday. Can't wait!
I'm actually in Ok now and it will just be me making the con because I'll be flying. Thanks so much for the offer and looking forward to meeting you and everyone else in person.
Awesome! Looks like I've figured it all out and I'll be able to make it to Hangcon. I'm reall excited to go and look forward to an awesome time with some fellow hangers!
Haha That was so much fun and I look forward to your annual video every year.
The wife's face when you fell was so funny it was this "Oh crap!" with a solid look of concern and then she remembers...
Hey everyone, if you'll have me then I would love to make this one. My schedule is pretty tight, but I think I may have found a way to swing it and just have to go over somethings with my wife first...
You put your hammock through the big hole in the bottom and then slip your suspension through the two small holes on each end and there you go. :)
:) Thanks, Wilson.
Thanks a bunch!
Haha Thanks GG!
I do these every few years it seems and I'm doing another tarp giveaway and all you have to do to enter is subscribe to my channel. I'll pick a winner on October 20th and I'll even ship it...
Payment received. Thanks a lot!
Terrific! It's still early here and I can get that in the mail today after payment is received.
Sold pending funds.
My wife got it from work and she already has a handheld gps which is why we're passing it on. It's literally still in the box.
Nice photos, Barry. That for sure looked like an awesome time with the family.
Garmin Foretrex 401 Hiking GPS Watch
It's brand new, still in the box and ready to be used on the trail. Here is a link for more information and if you have any questions then please ask away. ...
Payment received and sold to Baby Huey. Thanks a lot, dude!
This is brand new and the only time I have ever taken it out of the box was to take the photos. I will ship out priority mail within 24 hours and send tracking number too. Paypal preferred. Here's...
Thanks so much, Home Run. Yeah, I've been going into the woods for over 25 years and never had anything remotely close to something like this happening and I doubt it will happen again. It's one of...
Hahaha Thanks SmJerry. I bet seeing that bear was a really awesome experience too!
Haha That's awesome. It actually took awhile before it processed what was going on and not until about 20 minutes later that it hit me. Honestly though, I was extremely paranoid hiking for the next...
Tala would have howled and would have wanted to sniff the lion. She's a super friendly dog and just wants to take two seconds to sniff whatever is there and after that she doesn't care about anything...
I actually did talk about my hammock in the interview and I had a couple of really awesome jokes, but editing got rid of them. :'(
That's so cool!
I am on HF!!! :D Thanks man.
I woke up to that this morning! I'm also on the chive, break.com and trending on reddit. This is nuts!!
There's a disclaimer on those nets that they repel cougars. :)
Haha Rosie would for sure do the trick.
Thanks a lot! I did have bear spray on me, but I'm very happy it went the way it did.
I personally don't carry a firearm or think it's even necessary as carrying spray and using the proper...
lol thanks dude!
Thanks man. You never know how you will react until you get in those situations. I thought I would act completely different to be honest, but I admit that I'm happy with how...
Hahaha That's awesome!
Bear spray would for sure work on a cougar. This cat was a rare experience and I really do think that it had no interest in me and we both just happened to cross paths on...
I still think about it and wonder if the cat would have just walked right by me if I hadn't yelled at her because she looked like she was just moseying down the trail. With that said, there is no way...
Here is part one to the video and you can see what the lion looked like as soon as I first saw her. I was hiking up this hill (Which is why I'm out of breath) when I saw this brown thing and at first...
Hahaha I audibly laughed to that. lol Thanks Mike.
I completely agree with you about how I was lucky. There was actually a part 1 to this video and I could already see that the cat was acting...
Hahaha I wonder what that trophy would look like. :)
Thanks for watching, Rob!
Haha Thanks dude. Trust me, I was for sure scared when it was going on and it just hadn't processed yet what was happening until much later. I was paranoid the rest of the trip. lol
I caught this one on Facebook when Strung Out posted it and it sure did look like a great time out there. It was really great to see you guys get out and explore and I'm looking forward to seeing...
Oh wow, that's awful! I'm really sorry that happened and I can understand the attachment someone can have with their hammock.
2.0 is going to have some awesome adventures for sure.
Pretty much when the temps get below freezing is when the bugs start to go away. Other than that I will be wearing tightly woven nylon clothing with permethrin and meet does an awesome job too.
Hahaha I came really close.
I was insanely paranoid the rest of the time I was in the park and I didn't sleep well at all that night. So cool, but that cat brought the paranoia with it. lol
