It's all personal opinion really. For me, though, the XLC is my "go to" 99% of the time. I love the shelf.

I tried many, many options over the years and this is what I've settled on as well.
Ha! This is me with just about every hobby
Welcome to the team :)
There are a list of shuttle options from the Green Mountain club if you check their Facebook page, or give them a call.
What day are you thinking? I travel through there all the time for work, so...
A shuttle to where?
Many, many great spots to hang there!
Very interesting, look forward to seeing the end product.
I'm trying to understand the uses for this. What's the intended purpose, to sleeve the hammock when you are away from the campsite? I must be missing something...

Charcoal Model
I put the hammock against a black shirt of mine to show the difference...see attached photo.

It's definitely Charcoal, NOT jet black. I'll get a photo of it in better lighting when I have a moment.
My wife and I have a few of the Blackbirds (regular and XLC) in our gear closet, but when the new colors came out I had to have the Charcoal model. Plus with the new zipper set up, etc etc...I needed...
The rules can seem long winded and detailed, which they have to be...but it's really just about being respectful to one another and sharing common interests in the hammock world. Welcome to the...
Time to spend some more money...
Really psyched you got some time out on my favorite and dear to my heart trail, Shug! Next time you're in the area, send me a note and I'll help you any way I can...should you need it. And maybe do...
Kudos Brandon, this is exactly what I have been waiting to see. Truly innovative new design. I'll be heading to the site to place an order today. You've once again shown why your hammocks are A++

Been too long since I made it to a hang, and I really liked this spot last time. I need some reprieve from work before the winter kicks in. I'll see if I can make this one happen. Miss all the cool...

My answers in Red. We will continue to evaluate SLD's topics, (and every other Vendor as well), going forward. If the time comes to round em' up, we shall do so. Have a great day everyone!

Thanks for the comments everyone, much appreciated.
5-6 days will get you a nice trek on the Long Trail. The northern section is tough, but very rewarding. I'd go for a section that includes Mt Mansfield, Camels Hump and some others.
I have a camo superfly I might be willing to part with, only used one night.
I have to be honest, I'm not sure what you are stating exactly. Log in to where?
Good looking group of hammocks right there.
All items have been sold!
Sorry, stepped away from the computer for a minute and using my phone now.
RidgeRunner is SOLD and SHIPPED
It has the snaps, I guess I should have stated that. For some reason I think it's 78" long, I just can't remember. I'm 6'-6" tall and it fits like a glove :)
Blackbird sold pending funds.
I would ship it to Canada. Not sure what the price would be for that. What's the zip/postal code?
I have been on vacation for the last week and finally had a chance to go through my gear room. I have come to the realization that I have WAY too much gear and want to clean out the room. Here's a...
Who posted the "I'll take it"?
Hmmm, good question. I've been to SPAC many times but never seen anyone hang a hammock. It's been a couple years since I was there, but I'm having a hard time picturing where you even would hang one...
Glad you are getting back out there! Heading back to the LT myself in August for a "few weeks" :)
Interesting concept, would like to see one in person sometime. Good innovation :)
Really wanted to make this hang but my son has Lacrosse games all weekend, 2 of them up in Lake Placid tomorrow. Hope everyone has a good time!!
Man I need to make it down to a MAHHA sometime, looks like a blast. Great photos everyone :)
Wife and I are thinking about doing an overnighter, weather looks perfect :)
Perfect, thanks TallPaul! I ended up finding it last night but you beat me to it! :)
Hmmm, I just looked myself and couldn't find it...i'll dig a little more. I honestly haven't looked at this feature since we upgraded the software here. I do remember that option in the old software,...
Ready by this August? I'd like some for a trip I'm doing ;)
After consideration, the MOD/Admin team has determined that a feedback forum for the Market Place area is not needed on Hammock Forums. This determination was made for a number of reasons.

Lets keep it civil please.
Definitely keep it vented. I really liked mine for cutting down on wind, but I learned after the first night that is you don't vent it, you will get a lot of condensation.
