Not sure if Spam ever got the memo on the percolator. I found mine and packed it, but I've gone K-cup at home and I'm not sure if I have any decent coffee.

We will all congregate in the afternoon/evening at the campsite near the ranger station parking lot. Try sites 4 and 5!

We may need 4 & 5. 4 didn't look so forested when I scouted it out. I don't think Thursday should create an occupancy issue. It's a big loop so look for the hammocks DJames! See you tomorrow.

I was incorrect. There isn't a pavilion at this trailhead, but there are picnic tables and charcoal grills. I will bring a propane grill as well.

Virgin Falls? I'm pretty sure I've camped at the base of the falls with Boy Scouts. It was a decade ago, so I don't recall for sure. I know you couldn't camp above them.

We are in the extended forecast window for the beginning of the trip. Of course it will change 15 times, but as of today: Thursday 3/7 will be 44/24 F and cloudy!

There are charcoal grills and picnic tables at the trailhead just outside the campsite.

We will be on Tulsa time (barely), so the sun should set around 17:45 each evening. Is 2 mph unreasonable...
