According to post 132, it looks like it's going to be the 21st - 23rd. Not sure if that's official or not, but it sounds like a go.
As long a you bring enough insulation for sleeping & enough layers (including good footwear) to stay warm standing around, I'll bet you'd do just fine & be glad you came.
I haven't voted because I'm going to try & make it on which ever weekend it turns out to be, so I'll let those who have reasons to choose do the voting.
