Use permethrin treatment on your camp clothes/gear, and along with the bug netting you've got pretty much nothing to worry about...

The "bug" thing is one of the main reasons I've LOVED my Hennessy for camping. Spent too many nights learning that bugs want to eat you, suck your blood, lay eggs in you, or otherwise envenomate...

Just a thought...get a hammock with an enclosed bug netting.

If the skeeters can't get ya...the snakes can't either.
