I used a enlightened equipment under quilt.....as a try..it was a lot of work to get it right so I did go back to the pad....

I will buy the 2.0 :)....have three 1.0 90 degree(s), so all the familiy can hang properly.

I have the Amok also....and I prefer the 90 degree.

Crosswise CCF will work...have used it a lot with thin type CCF pad.

Remember that it is a person's experience that the Klymit did not work .... I had another experience that it worked, and you might get a different opinion than both of us.

Love my Hammock Tent Gamma....have a warbonnet and a AMOK...but the gamma beats all...for me;)...

New hooks for the quilt.....its hanging loosely in the pic, but will stretch out when laying in it.

The mosquito net makes this not doable.

I have the same thought about putting a liner that goes down to the mattress inside the hammock. The question is how to put the liner on the inside ... use press studs, velcro .... strong magnets?

I use both with and without.....when using a pad, I use the exped hyperlight synmath. Have also used a cheap closed cell pad without any problems.

I use amok tarp so far and it works, but I will take the dimensions of the intended tarp and sew one myself.

I have a The Prospect Underquilt coming soon...so I will come back on that question;)

I must recommend Hammock Tent 90º Gamma Hammock. I have both Amok 3.0 and this ... and Hammock Tent 90º win in comfort, also weighs only 21 oz.
You lie completely flat in this...

:) I will try out my Golite SLA3 and SLA5 for this....as i have a Hammock Tent 90º Gamma, that can be difficult to use with a hammock tarp.

Did some backyard camping with my Luke's 90 plus a Amok tarp last week.
Was a lot of rain for 3 days but the hammock was 100% dry the hole week.

So that combo works good.

Yes, its a Seek Outside 6 man Tipi and a large stove...love them both;)
