Might be a little hot but if you can't stand the heat you know what to do, just pull your tarp back abit.
I use a ridge line organizer, the shelf on the Blackbird and I have my pack hung on the suspension of the hammock. Plenty of space.
I usually hang my pack on my hammock suspension.
Nice setup! Have fun on your trip!
Sometimes I have issues with getting the hang just right other then that I think I'm good to go!
idk about price and features but I support this project and I think it would be pretty cool.
Lots of good ideas here.
Nice Camo!
Awesome dude!
Under quilt for sure!
na na na na na na na na bat tarp!
Cool idea! Nicely done!
I agree with Leiavoia, the bathroom scale is close enough to give you a pretty good idea.
Cool site, Thanks!
Dude you better get that in writing, you may never hear it again. This is just more evidence that I need to switch to full time hanging.
lol Good eye.
Planning on the backyard this weekend.
Welcome from SWFL.
Welcome to the forums from a ex Virginian.
I kick a leg out the side of my top quilt and if I'm still hot peel the top back to allow it to vent abit.
At 37 I can tell you right now sleeping on a couch is a no go. I would wake up so stiff and full of pain I would wish I was dead.
Oh man, I missed it! I really wanted to see that. Anybody get any pictures?
Thanks for the info. I was considering a similar project for the backyard.
Cool idea! I'm in.
GillyGilligan, are the poles for the "Hammock Lab" cemented into the ground?
Cool in bro!
Literally.
Gray will likely blend in better then black I would think.
No complaints here with the Superfly.
I just stuff all of it into the hammock bag.
Side sleeping works for me.
The Warbonnet is super nice but go with a full length under quilt!
Dude, your gonna love it!
Looking good!
I came home from work today to find a box on my porch, it was my Econ Top Quilt! I was so excited I unpacked everything and took a nap. Wow, these are nice and very warm quilts!
Indoors, I'd rather sleep in my bed then my Hammock. Outdoors? Hammock wins hands down without a doubt.
I'm a fan or Ridge Line Organizers myself. I carry a lot of small items that get lost in the shelf of my Blackbird.
Great pics! Snorkeling and Diving are sooo much fun!
Beautiful pictures!! Jelly.
I can tell you that the summers in South FL are brutal, camping is probably out for me unless it's during the winter months.
Day hikes.
Haha cool story bro.
Sleeping on the right.
