Yep you got one of our 'transition' suspensions. Send it back and we will all new suspension and edging on it for you. I think it will help solve some of your fit issues.

Sorry about the late response.
One other thing you might try is tightening up the primary suspension. If it is not tight enough, it would require the secondary suspension to be pulled...
