I run the WBBB XLC Heavyweight Double with topcover, 20° Wookie and Dutch Hard/software and my complete system comes in a just a hair over 4lbs.

I'm comfortable with that weight as a great nites...

Mine "bunch" as well. The Amsteel sits on the middle bar of the Spider with the straps all mashed up between the Amsteel. I figured this was normal under load and haven't worried about it. Am I wrong...
