I really like the snow day camo, also great pis !!!
It's a Blackbird XLC :)
After 7 years with the blackbird Double layer I am finally trying the blackbird single layer with dreamtex. Initially had doubts because people keep claiming that the stretch is usually greater and...
Hi Crazytown3
This is a wooki 20 in the picture ?
Of course, a lynx
Too much thinking about the wooki
Handsome pics. That's what we need.
And the wooki is a 20 version ?
This feedback makes sense to me. My TQ in 10D is still in perfect condition after a year, 15 night I think ...
A 15D would be enough for a wooki than :-)
The thinner material is more comfortabel ?
Not sure what fabric to choose , 15D or 20D for the outer wooki fabric.
I am happy with the 20D fabric but the 10D of my Vesper quilt also works well.
Maybe worth takes 15D and save some weight ......
After 7 years of usage, still no problem with the zipper
I don’t like holes in the wall but i am going to check the hardware.
Thanks for the info
I need a hammock in my bedroom :)
Already searched the web for quality hammock stands but that usually only for “garden” hammocks.
Another item on my wish list.
I always sleep so well in the XLC that I already thought about changing my bed with a hammock :)
Never really experienced much calf ridge. Except the first nights slightly in a search for the right hammock setup. I am using the XLC double layer heavyweight, perhaps the most comfortable XLC. ...
Still interested in every experience between the xlc and the ridgerunner. But thanks again for your wel detailed initial reply. :)
If I cancel the purchase of a ridgerunner, I would dare to buy a...
Interesting feedback , thank you so much to all.
@ bansheekitty :
You won't regret the wooki !
After a few cold nights, I replaced the sleeping pad with an incubator.
Unfortunately I was never...
Instead of a second XLC ( changing from heavyweight DL to lightweight DL ) the Ridgerunner might be a alternative. Something different to experience and since I am also in the mood to buy a 3 season...
Nice colors, especially the shadow pine camo
I love the scandinavian wookie during winter , incredable cosy. Looking for a winter wookie because here in Belgium we no longer experience very cold wearher. Or maybe a 20 wookie with socket to...
That's the goal with the tarp :)
Love the camo pattern, time for an new lightweight tarp :)
I need to lower the base weight of my gear , hopefully up to max 10 lbs.:boggle:
Thanks for the pictures and video !!!
Dutchware doesn't do that color ?
You should check their site , I guess they have more than you think :)
Hi ,
Can anyone post a picture of the dutchwaregear camo dyneema fabric ?
Thanks
haha , with the maximum available insulation you can go whenever you want
Yesterday I received the winter Mamba & scandi Wooki, the maximum insulation because I am also hanging in bad conditions.
Both are excellent made by Warbonnet Outdoors, love the craftsmanship !!
...
Another hanger from Europe , great !
Would not hang without a tarp
Don't want to push people to another forum but there is a forum in Germany [URL="http://www.haengemattenforum.de/[/URL]
But better one good forum for all of us here !!
@ Ingels , een hangmat clubje lijkt me nog leuk.
Hi Johann ,
I ordered a wooki XL scandinavian , and mamba XL (winter version) in the new evergreen color.
Most of my hammock trips are between oktober and april , sometimes in summer.
Could use...
Je bedoeld facebook ?
I am trying to be versatile with the TQ and would use the UQ the year round.
No idea but , should it be to warm with a winter or scandinavian during less cold conditions ?
Of course not during a...
You're welcome !
Do you have a winter wooki ?
Would like to order today , in doubt between winter and scandinavian wooki
Good friends and good advice .
That's awesome
Bad weather has his charmes :)
So with the UQ protector I also need the newest XLC ?
Anyway , that zipper to attach it to the hammock is thoughtful
Great !
Maybe the solution to stay warm during the whole night.
However , the winter wooki as the minimum insulation.
How about the Black Mamba winter version , any suggestions here ?
Together...
That's it , usually I am so comfortable in a blackbird it takes 9-12 hrs .
Should I shorten my sleep to avoid the weather changes :-)
Hi Shug , nice to hear you !
Admire your youtube channel , lot's of good video's.
The 20 incubator was not warm enough for me , maybe because of the fabrics.
The fabric seems to be very thin not...
Sorry but I am not in the woods to make attraction, and as said before not sure about those "banana" quilts.
Also would like to get some advice , no ads please !
This is probably my first post but had already 11 hammock trips past three years.
So I am not new to the hammock experience :-)
The very first hangs happened with a foam pad and 3 season bag ,...
