Blast from the past! Any of you guys still around and want to redo this trip? I was cold and fun.
I should be there a little after 1:00 still packing. My pack is stuffed at 22 lbs going for comfort not weight
Funny I have gone from light weight to comfortable. I don't mind one or two extra pounds nowadays. I use to carry a fifty pound pack. I'm still pretty light though but by no means Uber super light....

Please hang your food guys, I don't want anyone to get eaten. If you have never hung your food before one of us will show you fast and easy ways of doing it. BTW there are big furry animals in them...

Yes! Just waiting to see what comes up. I will be setting up a Shenandoah River float hang hopefully late spring of this year in Luray. I will post it around mid-late March.
I'm interested. I'll keep my eye on this thread and see if it works out for me.
