I don't know if anyone has made a bag out of a "CROWN ROYAL" bag.
After it's empty or you could leave it full. What I did was to put two

Seems to work fine without catching on anything.I use them just like snake skins.But I only use 5 or 6 small pieces of velcro. Then when it looks like
rain I take them off and put them in the stuff...
