I do. I currently use prussic knots on each end of my hammock suspension that have whoopie hooks on them. I have small rings of shock chord on my cuben tarps that I hook into the whoopie hooks...
I love the material! I purchased a single layer hammock from Dutch and shortened it to 10 feet so that I could get it to fit in my custom cuben airship sock from HNO. I just returned from a...

If the MacCat SilPro dimensions are the same then yes. That tarp is this tarp but made with a different material that is no longer offered by OES, Gossamer Gear, MLD, etc. hope that helps.

HNO, thank you so much for capturing this trip on video. My favorite part was the end! That Ftroop fella cracks me up! G-Nut
No stuff sack for me. I stuff mine in my pack and it’s the last thing that goes in my cuben pack liner. I carry my carbon fiber spreader bars in a cuben stuff sack on the side of my pack. Pretty...

Excellent share! Thank you for taking the time. G-Nut
Great story! That area is a fantastic place to forge memories like the one you describe. I can’t wait to get back there first chance I get.
Yes, I hammock camped every night but the first one.
I can get comfortable in any of my hammocks at the end of a day of hiking. All things being equal though, my Warbonnet Ridgerunner is easily my most comfortable.
Nice job! That Illume 15 is killer.
I often use a wood burning tool to cut/melt/cauterize material. When doing this with a down filled item you should consider shaking the down so it is away from the seam you want to seal. Then pin...
I wonder how an underquilt hook (just one) might help on a partial length underquilt to position/keep the suspension above the feet. I sometimes have an issue with my blackbird when I get back in it...
Should have mentioned..if I only could have one then I would go with asym with doors. I have one of these too and can survive in just about any weather with it..can go to ground easily too. Have...
