Last night, in my hammock, I got my FIRST night where I slept for a full twelve hour, so thank you folks for giving me all the advice that helped me achieve that!! :)

What do you use for a toggle?

Would it be safe to just use the end of the webbing as a toggle? If so, it would be great for SUL people. (This is how my 80lb little bro is doing it with his new GTUL and DIY straps I gave him :D)

    Tent stakes as toggles

Does anyone else use http://www.campbound.com/Aluminum-Tent-Stakes.aspx as toggles? For me, they are a way to carry backup stakes for my tarp.
  9. using a full-zip hammock like a peapod or similar

I just got a TNF bag from my non-outdoors mom and it has sewn in loops on the foot end, so I'll use it as a peapod in fall/winter since it is a -10 to 20F bag.

    MLD Stock Guyline Material

The smaller guyline (separate) holds 400lbs so I was thinking that the larger stock guyline would hold more.

    MLD Stock Guyline Material

I have some leftover guylines from a tarp I got from Mountain Laurel Designs, enough for a ridge line. I was wondering if it would hold me. I am about 150 pounds.
