very very nice job on your quilt, not sure if I understood you right about did you make one quilt that was overstuffed or did you make two, a summer and a winter???
The only thing I would add is this that I got from thru-hiker for figuring out the temp ratings of your quilt:
this is for a baffled quilt and this is what the height of the baffles does to the quilt:
1.5" baffle = 40 degree quilt
2" = 30
2.5" = 20
3.25" = 10
4" = 0
And the formula for figuring out how many oz to put in each baffle:
L x W x H / fill power of your down = # oz
length x width (you can measure these indiviually if your quilt has different ones)
H will be from the above list and you will cut the no-see-um at least 1" wider for you to sew this to the upper and lower quilt material
and fill power, plug in the # that your given for the down you bought
reguarding fill power: the higher the # the less down you will use per baffled chamber so try to find at least above 700
and one more hint: add about 10% to whatever amount you come up with due to down having a mind of it's own and flying off somewhere while you're trying to stuff your quilt!!
