1" polyester camo webbing from www.owfinc
is rated to 2000#, is very light, and is very stretch resistasnt. it's cheap too, and no min. order. i would go ahead and add a stretch free ridge as well. a stretchy ridge will elongate the hammock too much and cause long wrinkles/distortion of the netting (running end to end) this is because the netting is being stretched too much lengthwise. i like my netting taut, others may not care. a few extra inches of stretch on the ridgeline is enough to mess with the netting, but only equates to a tiny bit less hammok sag, which would most likely be unnoticeable as far as the lay goes.
is a good place to get line, look under high tech single braids. 2mm spectra or vectran would be plenty big, maybe even a bit of over kill.
good luck, Brandon
