I feel for you Kasuko.
I had a set of quilts from Leighlo that shipped on June 13th, the day before the lockout, IIRC. Mine was sitting in Miami for a while for international dispatch, made it to Mississauga for customs inspection (July 1), then was release for delivery. Good thing for tracking numbers as I'd been watching it daily for the out for delivery message.
Last Wednesday, I saw mid afternoon that they attempted delivery (while I was at home) and claimed to have left the delivery notice card (which they did not). So I drove to my local postal outlet to pick up my package. I had to pay the local sales taxes on the item and the Canada Post processing fee. So I told the story to the clerk but got a customer service number to call to complain, which I did for all the good it did.
Glad you finally got your hammock back. At least you will get to use it for your next upcoming camping trip.
