Also had awesome experience with JRB. Very good to us canadians, didn't gouge on shipping like so many other companies based in the US. Also painstakingly helped my wife through her first online purchase (a weathershield for me for christmas). You just don't find customer service like that in a franchise, or big-box retailer. That reason alone, I would continue to do business with that kind of a company even if their product was sold through a major chain or available somewhere else at a reduced price.
Quality customer assistance IS worth paying for and its a shame thats not
just my 2c.
