I've spent one night in mine, and the material is definitely calculated out to 1.0 per yard. My finished hammock body dropped by 22 whole grams from my green ghost with a finished body weight of only 4.73 ounces - AMAZING!
So far no issues, but it feels lighter than anything I've ever used successfully for a hammock, and heavier than something I used that failed in the field. I've got a one night Trail and Error test next week up on the AT, and I'm planning 160 miles on the AT next month with it. I think if it makes it through the AT test plus whatever I've got between now and then I'll feel comfortable with it. Right now I am happy with the weight, but have some concerns about the durability. I hope it is nothing to worry about.
