I added a wee bit of velcro along the edge so the pad even more firmly secured in the layered pouch. I like this hammock - not as comfy as the HH but not so much less comfy as one might expect- once you get the thing to North America (stoopid shipping $) and buy a good tarp not or so much cheaper than HH expedition or other similar hammocks...good hammock and good value.
