I read this, thinking, ohhh he has a DIY hammock, or one of the table cloth hammocks. Then I look over, under his name and find out that he's swinging in a WBBB. Plenty of tarps that are cheaper then this. Check out WildernessLogics. They have some really nice tarps also, IMO.
And AngrySparrow is correct, the tarp is a very key part of the set up. There is much more to a tarp. Comparing tarps to hammocks is like comparing apples and oranges. Both look good, but completely different flavors. There is a lot more material in a tarp and the cost of said material is alot more. Just saying.
