Shotgunred, I made a TQ of a similar loft as a poncho liner. By itself it's only good down to around 60* also. I followed up with an outer windbreaker of polyester to fit over the TQ. This gained another 10 to 15* with very little increase in weight or bulk. To get down even lower I made a fleece inner liner. With polypro long UW took this down to the mid 20's last January at the 2 Annual Florida Hang. The fleece does add quite a bit more weight and bulk but it should keep Ms. shotgunred warm.
