I've always liked camping out away from everything, so organized parks are not for me. River banks can provide a lot of possible hanging places out of sight of most people. Most people have a tendency to stay on trails, so if you set-up say 50 feet or more off a trail, chances are you have just disappeared. Little smokeless stoves permit us to have a cup of tea or soup out there, without any sign to passers by that we are there. So much land not being used and kind of going to waste in urban areas that I feel the need to utilize it, with a friendly little hang'n session.
