A more secure way would be to undo the larks head holding the whoopie slings on. Do not pull the whoopie sling back through the sewn end channel. Then just run the whoopie sling through the loop on the ridge line and re-secure the larks head. Repeat on other end. This captures the ridge line onto the whoopie sling. Some folks who what to disconnect the ridge line for using the hammock in like a chair mode will connect the adjustable loop end to the whoopie sling with one of our light duty soft shackles but that is only if desired and not necessary.
I did get your email and it all makes sense now, thanks for the superb customer service and advice Stu.
Thanks to all the other answers too, I'll get the hang of it soon!
