By my thinking, if you have a UQ with correctly designed differential cut inner and outer shells, you will remove or minimize the ability to pull it so tight that it will compress the insulation. It works on the same principle as a SRL on a hammock support. The limiting factor is the SRL (inner shell) with the sag being determined by the length of the hammock (outer shell).
