Finally got a chance to hop on here and and give a little update.
First I'd like to thank Iafte and all those involved with the preparations and planning for this event. You guys did a great job and I know that everyone had a fantastic time.
The weather couldn't have been more perfect. We had a light snow on Friday evening which cleared up before midnight and turned into beautiful clear skies with a nearly full moon. Temperature got down to 5F according to my digital thermometer. I had a nice set of trees to hang my new WBBB 1.7 DL and Superfly from.
Saturday was just awesome. Beautiful clear weather all day with a bit of a breeze, got to peek around at everyone's setups and talk knives with some other folk. The food that night was amazing. I think Joe's rum-balls were the highlight for me
Saturday night was colder at 3F, but I remembered my hot water bottle and slept even warmer than the night before.
I had to bug out quickly on Sunday morning as I had a 3 1/2 hour drive home and things to do, but I had a blast. Hopefully I'll be able to see you all again next year!
I didn't get too many pictures, but what I did get are here:
