Hanson's Point Red River Gorge, KY

Decided to take a little trip out to Hanson's Point, even some new gear came in time to take along.
Taking the Ohm out for the third time, thanks Shug, this is the best pack I have owned yet!
On this trip I got it dialed in just right.

The trip started out feeling dumb for slipping and falling on my six.

Things changed as I noticed I was walking faster and mastered an incline that a few months prior totally owned me.

I never thought how amazing it would be to walk the same trails once a month and see how the landscape changes with each season.
After each trip there is only one way to end it at the RRG, Miguels!

The mernio wool was comfortable, didn't itch, and kept me warm.
The ANKER charge held up to its specs was able to charge my note 3 twice only using up less than half the capacity of the charger.
During this trip I learned about Luci lanterns and I have already ordered two.
