Orange will be with the next order. I just sent the last roll to HG because it became very popular.

I made it to match something Scott was getting. 2qzq requested it for the UQ protectors. It is real dark and earthy like bear poop.

Pack material is one but there already is dyneema available for that. I want a dyneema that is less than 2 ounces per yard for hammocks. I will probably heavily coat half the batch for backpacks. I would love to get more materials that are for more quilts and hammocks but still aimed for the diyer. Everything takes time and it takes a long time to develope, sample and test fabrics. It is a huge investment and I don't want a 2000 yard flop.

Dyneema ripstop nylon is old news. Create a woven full Dyneema fabric in the 2-3oz range and you will destroy all. Might require $100k though.

I'm skeptical of polyester but I should probably try it. I cannot imagine liking it more than Argon.

Just wanted to Update this thread with some images of down quilts made with the new colours of Argon 90. I just finished up a couple of quilts with the olive brown and Victoria blue Argon 90 fabrics for the shell. They have Argon 67 black and brown liners respectively. The colours are hard to get right in photos but these look pretty close on my monitor, they also tend to lighten up when filled with white down.

Major props to Dutch for making these great fabrics available to us, keep it up!

Wow, those look great. Makes me very excited about my order that's on the way.

I am not sure if this is the appropriate place to ask this, but how did you do your footbox? That looks like a nice way to do it.

    Thanks,
