My understanding is that any stickies out there refer to guidelines about how vendors should act on the forum. I'm not aware of a generic sticky, prominently displayed in vendor forums, that recommends how customers manage business with said vendors. I think such a sticky could reduce the number of dubious or invalid complaints where people then pile on the OP, by educating prospective new customers on how to research their purchase and set realistic expectations before a transaction begins.

I looked at a few stickies most of which only contain a link to an old copy of the HF TOS which is no longer a public post. We can and will clean up the stickies after the discussion here draws to an end.
