Who is hiking and/or hanging on Halloween?

    Just for fun....

The weather here looks nearly PERFECT for my first trip this Fall: High Friday 69, low 41, 0% chance of rain, wind at 10 mph, High Saturday 60, low 34, 0% chance of rain, wind at 8 mph

We plan on hiking in on Friday after work (dusk/night hiking in a familiar area) and after some exploration hiking out Saturday early afternoon.

This will be my first trip in the woods with my gathered end (I call it the SB 1000) and an assortment of small items that need some REAL testing after a few nights in the back yard.

Who else will be in the woods this weekend?

Come join us for the Halloween Hang at Raven Cliff Falls in Georgia. Good times in the piney woods.
Everyone ought to believe in something....I believe I'll go set up the hammock!

Paddling in northern Michigan over Halloween. Ice and snow. High 38 low 22. Perfect. No bugs.

Pockets, The Wolf and I are headed out for three days and I'm probably going to bring a mask or something to scare the crap out of Pockets to get on video. Happy Halloween!

Be sure Pockets isn't carrying anything that goes "Bang" before you spring the surprise on her.

I'll be in the woods on Halloween. Going to try and convert one of my ground-dwelling friends who hasn't spent a night in a hammock yet.

Another one in the backyard. Good chance to scare the stuffing out of anybody walking past on the other side of the fence. The low growl of a snoring man.....Frightening.

Me and the oldest Jr Nodust going backpack in Kisatchie. Backbone trail. Not very long, maybe 10 miles max. But Gould be a fun quick father son trip.

LSU is on a by week so don't need to worry about listening to the game.

Should be great weather for south Louisiana.
