I have one of the 12x10's and it is very nice. Lots of coverage. Nothing but good experiences using mine.
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the strength to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.
Ripstop by the role just started selling sil Multicam that they had custom made, the only official 1.1 oz Multicam in existence. So, you'll being seeing them soon or you can buy the fabric and have your favorite tarp made. It's $17.50 a yard though.
With Ripstopbytheroll releasing 1.1 Multicam Silnylon upon the world, I expect a bunch of DIY'ers and cottage vendors would be able to do it. Be prepared for the price tag though.. Sil Multicam is 17.50 a yard.. 3x more than regular sil, but I wager that's due to the licensing that's needed to print and sell the pattern

I made one out of the MC Epsilon material you can buy of Ebay (My DIY Multicam Tarp). I think 1.1oz sil Multicam is a nice offering, but the price tag is ridiculous!

Squidbilly, here on the forums, makes some awesome tarps.

For what it's worth, I believe that since mutlicam was developed for use in clothing, the pattern will be visibly repetitive over a larger surface like a tarp.
A quick google search show's a couple different tarp's from multicam. Some don't look so bad (but you can see where the pattern repeat's), other's are REALLY bad. Maybe the really bad one's are knock off fabric?
THE BCUSA tarp doesn't look so bad, but you can see the pattern repeat's about 4.5 time on the 12x10 tarp. That repeated pattern limit's the effectiveness of the camo.
Just something to keep in mind when choosing your fabric.
