Technically this isn't my DIY project, but I wanted to post this as a thank you and kudos to hk2001. A couple weeks ago I decided to post a trade on the forums and ended up trading for an 11' grey hyperd hammock. I received the hammock and was very impressed with his work. Last night I finally got to sleep in it and it was great. I will call this hammock The Silver Bullet! Here are some pictures -
Nice looking hammock. How do you like the hyperD material? With all of the new materials out I want to try them all!
I really like the hyperD. I slept in this hammock the last two nights and can say this is the most comfortable material I've tried. That said, I don't have that much experience with different fabrics. I am like you, I'd like to try them all. I have an argon one on the way and my son's Dream-Hammock (hyperD) should be here this week. I'll let you know what I think of the argon. Next on my list will be a polyD hammock.
Ive got a Hammeck Breezy in 1.6 Argon and it is really comfortable. I'm sure you won't be disappointed with the fabric. I really want to try the polyD as well
