They must confuse their nouns and verbs in the UK. Effect vs. Affect.
Might be good stuff for Halloween and other one-time use applications.

Most average American's seem to just go with "Effect".
I just looked at the web site, I am placing an order for the Pet Spray. My dog is brendle, the great/bad thing about brendle is it blends in when the light is poor. People do not see that I am walking a big dog, until they just about trip over her.
She is a Bouvier des Flandre, she is in full coat, looks and sounds a lot like a bear, I put a lot of reflective gear on her when we go out in the bush. I have spray pained "DOG" on both sides with Halloween hair color paint, as a dim witted attempt to protect her. I do not have much faith in some of the people that are out in the bush with guns in their hands. I keep her very close, however, I have been shot at, no the dog was not with me. I am very nervous this time of the year with the hunters on the loose. Things are getting safer, over the past 10 years, however, there is still danger. I want to be highly visible along with my K9.

They used it correctly.
The properties of the spray create a reflective effect making the applied subject more visible. This affects an observer's ability to better see the subject coated with the spray.
