    Sorry again...

Windows updated to 8.1 and my postage printer didn't have an updated driver. I tried all day to get it going on different computers, and going around town looking for a compatible label printer. I wound up handwriting all the addresses and took them to the PO. It was about 100 packages so there were some not so happy people behind me. Anyhow I got everyone's order out from Friday evening to this morning. The only problem is I don't have tracking and I didn't send shipping notices. My back was against the wall because the PO is closed tomorrow so if I didn't send them today they wouldn't go out until Wednesday. You guys have pretty high expectations and I can start to expect the emails tomorrow asking if something shipped. Not every day is a good day.
    Peace Dutch

Got mine Saturday 11/8 after my wife ordered them for me late night on 10/31. She's the best.

I knew there would be a delay from the first weekend due to 10/31 and then the delay from Dutch being overwhelmed. I have to say that each day they were not there, I still had a huge smile on my face knowing that I wouldn't be disappointed.

I was right. My order had the new Speed Hooks, new Dutch Fleaz and a few other assorted items to make life sweeter. I love the new Dutch bling. My suspension for the hammock and tarp are now wonderful.

DON'T WORRY about the short delay. Dutch, you have gone above and beyond in expectations even with the slight hiccup in scheduling, post metering, etc. It's all good. Real good. See you at FHV.
Enjoy and have fun with your family, before they have fun without you

    Thanks again Dutch,
My orders arrived today and already have the spped hooks and new Dutch Clips in use.
Even if it took my order a few more mins to get here it was well worth the wait.
You set the standard for all others to follow when it comes to getting us our BLING....

Mine arrived today as well. We all know you have been burning the midnight oil. If you are feeling a bit overwhelmed, might I suggest a few good hours in a hammock? It is good for what ails ya. I would recommend hanging it with speed hooks and Dutch clips, they work great.
Homer: Sir, I need to know where I can get some business hammocks.

Hank Scorpio: Hammocks? My goodness, what an idea. Why didn't I think of that? Hammocks!

How big of a line was behind you after you were done at the post office?

I mean what would you say to the guy behind you? "I'm sending out my metal bugs"?

Well first I waited in line with my 4 totes of packages and then realized I forgot my wallet back on my desk. So I had to go back in rush hour traffic and get my wallet. Then for some reason when I started there was 3 clerks but two went on break. I felt bad but there wasn't any other options. Beside everybody waiting in line had a better day than me.

Sorry to hear that. Hope tomorrow is better. I didn't mean for it to sound like I was griping at all in the email. Just was wondering why it wasn't showing up is all. Thanks for the speedy clarification and for everything you're doing for your customers!
