Standard size here as well. This pillow is a combination of the best features from several of my pillows all in one package.

For the water bottle issue, I made a reflectix cozy to put a Nalgene into and then further insulate it with a big thick sock or wrap it in a fleece or something. It will slowly release heat all night keeping your feet warm without getting hot. In the morning or at any time in the night if you need a warm drink of water you have it.

That's one good looking cozy. What's it made of?

I have the bear pillow from arrowhead and love it. I also hang the foot end a few inches higher than the head end.
My wife has taken over the rr and loves it. I also have a bmbh and liked it fine until the rr came out. My go to hammock is my Clark nx270 with the Dutch 11ft. Netless argon being a close second.
The rr is great for lounging for me but I sleep better in the others.

FYI Brandon the RR is 8 year old daughter approved!

    She looks comfy.

It would be more an issue of the density of the fill, you could pack it with more or less down to increase or decrease support and firmness, same with poly fill, it would absolutely depend on how much is in there rather than the material.

This is my issue with the commercial down pillows I have. I side sleep and they all collapse to nothing in just a few minutes. I've tried doubling them but for the cost this shouldn't happen.

Reflectix taped with with electric tape. It's all I had at the moment. Works good.

How much will depend on your build and weight distribution, I hang my foot end about 4-6" higher with the RR to prevent sliding down.
I use the cub pillow! Works perfect for me in the RR as well as my other hammocks. Also found out foot end higher works for me too.

I use a TexSport camp pillow I bought at Academy Sport. It's just the right size to get under my neck and I have been been very comfortable with it. I've found in the hammock I prefer neck support more than head support.

I use piece CCF seat pad that I cut out from an old sleeping pad. When not using as a seat pad I simply roll it up and stuff it into a small, narrow, cylindrical stuff sack and use that as a pillow / neck support. Works really well.
