The angle at the top will be dependent on the spread you want at the bottom. Lay two pieces on the ground with the bottom ends spread the amount you want, the tops together and mark the angle accordingly. The third "back" leg will be different and you can use the same procedure to find that angle as well.
I recommend using cord spread limiters at the bottom whether you have angles at the top come together or not.
+1 to the cord at the bottom ... it's a good idea regardless. I'd also like to point out that the angle makes the stand taller than it needs to be. So if you want to put it indoors or something, that might come into play.
