Today I took my brand-new Explorer from it's bag and hung it for the first time. Because it's raining today and didn't want to get my new toy wet, it's hanging in the garage. After taking a nap in it, I'm completely sold. I hope to never sleep on the ground ever again.
I'm also convinced that if it weren't for the excellent information available on this forum, my first "hang" wouldn't have been as easy and satisfying - the "instructions" on the HH stuff sack thingy are seriously lacking. So a big thank you to everyone here for your help.
I'm looking forward to my first full night in the hammock tonight even if it is in my garage. Can't wait now to get it out in the woods. I've been bitten by the hammock bug big-time.
