Just saw that. For the money, the double coming in at 11'6" long is a steal! That hammock is still in my top 3 most comfy nights sleep.

No Yukon tarp/rainfly though! That was a great tarp at 16 ounces, which for the money is a pretty good weight actually...

This is the hammock I currently use, and there is some comfort to it.... But 11'6" it is not! They say that, adding the length of those awful stock ropes they have coming off it. The hammock body itself is much closer to 9'6". Don't forget that woot now has tax and shipping is 5, so your hammock will be closer to around 27-28 bucks when it's at your door. With that said, while this is a good deal, how is this a better deal than one of Dutch's new hammock bodies? The material on those seems to be much better, it's a longer hammock, lighter, and nothing besides the body on the Yukon is really usable anyway....

As I've said, this is my actual hammock I've been using for well over a year, so I'm not trying to knock it.... Just not sure if it's an AMAZING deal anymore.

Has anyone used this tarp? I'm very curious about the coverage. if I remember, they were up for 20 bucks before. I thought that's an amazing price for a backup tarp..... If it offers good coverage

Just measured it and the Double is 10ft. end to end.

Compared to Argon/PolyD? There is no comparison. And I wasn't trying to compare it to anything. Just stating the fact that I've gotten some of my best nights sleep in the thing.

Sorry if I sounded like I was knocking what you were sharing. I always appreciate heads up like these, so thank you. And it definately is a comfy hammock. I guess I'm just debating with myself because I used to buy these like they were going out of style.... For myself, my GF, brothers, gifts, etc... Now I am leaning towards picking myself up a few dutch bodies (the hammock, not the man) because I think as much of a steal as this is, it may not be the best value anymore (weight vs comfort vs cost)... But again, this is just my opinion and YMMV. Also, let's not forget my hypocrisy here, being that I currently, exclusively use the Yukon.
