Just ordered 4 pair of clips! I cannot wait! I'm too excited about this item enhancing my hammocking experience.

Had a bit of trouble trying to log in during check out

, but then realized that was for RETURNING Customers, and this was my first Hammock store purchase. Duh... so I moved on and enrolled

Tried logging in and it asked for my email address and password which I gave it, and it said I don't exist. So I tried to create an account and it says I'm already in there. So now I'm confused in that I'm already in there but don't exist. Any idea's???

Use the forgotten password link. The store login information is separate from the forum itself.

Also, passwords and logins are case sensitive. I've have a couple of people register with their cap locks on and then try to sign in with the cap locks off.

If you are still having trouble shoot me a PM and I will dig deeper.

Tried doing that but I get the following message "Error: The Email Address was not found in our records; please try again."

Which is strange in that I used the email address which all my notifications come to.

Just got the wife a set of dutch clips for mother's day!! She will be amused.

She loves to hang, she just doesn't get my obsession with the gear part of it. She would live with biners forever. We are going to do a minimalist canoe trip mid-May. She will appreciate them then.
